Intertrafo Oy will merge to Tampereen Sähköpalvelu Oy. Merge will be dissolved without liquidation proceedings, and all assets and liabilities will be transferred to Tampereen Sähköpalvelu Oy who is 100 % owner of Intertrafo Oy. As a result of the merger Intertrafo Oy will change its name and VAT number into Tampereen Sähköpalvelu Oy.
According to the notification filed to the finnish Trade Register the merger is scheduled to be implemented on February 1st 2024.
The merger has no effect on the company’s business which will continue as earlier. The sole aim for the merge is to be able to offer wider product portfolio and strengthen sales and delivery capability.
Transformers will continue to be delivered from Turku site when other products will be moved to our central warehouse in Pirkkala.
